From the beginning, our Vegetarian meals had to meet high standards. As a vegetarian herself, Gobble’s Founder, Ooshma Garg, made sure no plant-based meal made it to the Gobble menu that she would not serve in her own home.
In response, our Executive Chef developed a rubric to create vegetarian meals that were not only delicious but also met the standards of our signature dinner kits – globally inspired, pre-prepped, versatile, satisfying, and balanced. Our vegetarian meals feature nutrient-dense proteins like eggs, tofu, beans, lentils, and meat substitutes.
No problem! Each week, you will have access to meal kits across all plans – Classic, Lean & Clean, and Vegetarian – where you can mix and match your selections. You can also order a la carte proteins to add to any meal for the meat-eaters in your household.
Each week, you will find at least 4 vegetarian meal kits, plus 2-3 classic kits with vegetarian protein-swaps available. We also offer a weekly selection of vegetarian salads, soups, sides, breakfasts, and desserts to complement your dinners.
While our Vegetarian kits have no calorie restrictions, they all are designed to be balanced, satisfying meals with easily accessible nutrition details outlined by our in-house dietitians.
