NEW: A Gobble Shortcut for Your Mobile Home Screen
Ever wished for a Gobble app? We’ve got a hack for that! If you’ve been craving more convenience, you can now add a Gobble shortcut directly onto your iPhone or Android’s home screen, just like an app.
In a single click, you’ll be able to manage upcoming orders and view weekly menus on our mobile site. No more typing into your search bar or hassling to find the website on Safari, Google Chrome, or your choice of browser.
It only takes a minute to set up and we know you’ll appreciate the convenience each and every week. Here’s how to add your shortcut in just a few easy steps:
iPhone/iOS Instructions
How to add a website from Safari to your home screen
- Open Safari on your mobile device (must be Safari).
- Visit app.gobble.com/login and login to your account.
- Tap the share icon at the bottom of your screen. (Arrow pointing up out of a square)
- Scroll down to select “Add to Home Screen”
- Click “Add” in the top right corner.
- The shortcut will then be added to your home screen on the last page. That’s it!
To adjust the location of your Gobble shortcut on your home screen, tap and hold the Gobble icon and select “Edit home screen” to enable editing mode. You can then move the icon freely to organize it amongst your other applications.
Android Instructions
How to add a website from Google Chrome to your home screen
- Open Google Chrome on your mobile device (must be Chrome)
- Visit app.gobble.com/login and login to your account.
- Tap the three vertical dots button at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select “Add to Home screen”
- Tap “Add” to transfer it to the home screen.
- The shortcut will then be added to your home screen on the last page. That’s it!
To adjust the location of your Gobble shortcut on your home screen, just press and hold the icon, drag the icon with your finger to your preferred placement, and release.
