Our twist on this warm, smoky dish adds a hint of spice (thanks to our favorite Calabrian garlic confit) and some fantastic winter produce, in the form of farm-fresh lacinato kale and rich butter beans. Ready in a single pan and just 15-20 minutes, start by sautéeing down the kale and tomatoes, then layering in the tomato sauce, beans, and shrimp until perfectly juicy – serve with a crusty, oven-warmed baguette for dipping!

Black Pepper Tofu with Stir-Fry Vegetables & Jasmine Rice (Week of 1/13)
